I’ve been a Detroit Lions Fan since I was a little kid. Grew up just North of Detroit. I hope to see some more wins, and a Super Bowl soon! Keep playing like you guys did that last drive and it’s in the bag!
I have no idea why people think it’s impossible for ANY team to never have a chance at a Super bowl. The salary cap is what makes it fair. All that needs to happen is to get the right people to get the right talent in a building and any NFL team has a shot. I’ve felt that way since the beginning of the salary cap era. It usually takes a couple years to set it up so that the stars align perfectly for a season or two, but anything is possible. It starts from the GM.

@Sage Antone 6 losses by a score or less. 5 4th quarter leads, 4 of which against winning teams. An NFL record 3 losses on field goals as time expires, one of which being the longest field goal ever made. It’s a complete statistical anomaly that this was the Lions first win. The record doesn’t indicate what this team is.
We finally won this team didn’t quit. we didn’t care about the outside noise. we just kept our head down and went to work. I thought Dan did a excellent job managing the clock to set up the game winner. he learned from the Chicago game. Goff might have finally found his confidence. this is the best he’s looked since our opener against SF.

I have no idea how this whole thing will end up but you know Campbell’s going to give everything he had to fix this mess. Guy wants it bad you can tell. Looks exhausted after games
That fourth down call was gutsy and easy to make when you’re winless, so happy he did it. It made a ton of sense there too as you guarantee yourself you’re going to get the ball back so though might be a little outside the box it worked out exactly the way you’d draw it up
Not a Detroit fan at all but I had to come hear what coach Campbell had to say after his first win as a Head Coach. Way to fight til the end 👍🏼

Goff may not be the greatest quarterback but he’s a hell of great person.
I was at the game. My first regular season game I’ve been to in a couple years. The atmosphere is still full of die Hards. We had so much fun in there today. My brother was ready to leave with 1:50 left. We even left our seats and went to the bottom to get ready to walk out. I talked him into watching the rest of the game and I’m so glad we stayed.
It. Was. Wild! I lost my voice honestly from yelling so much. People were high-fiving and screaming and just so happy. It was amazing to witness that in person. Ford Field was rocking big time!
Haha I went to the GB Monday night game, drove from Montana my first NFL game ever after watching every Sunday for years. I lost my voice too, I went to get a motel room in North Dakota on my drive home, the desk clerk wouldn’t give me a room because he said I “exhibited covid symptoms” haha I showed him my game ticket and said I lost my damn voice teasing packers fans.. still no room. Slept at a rest stop, then kept driving. This win feels good, can’t wait to see two first rounders two years in a row.
As a Cardinals fan. I’m happy that the Detroit Lions got their First Win!!!!! Big Congratulations Dan Campbell!!!! You Deserve It!!!!

Phenomenal play calling! Loved how aggressive we played to show we were playing to win! Our Lions unleashed their roar! Jared Goff and our Lions played great complementary football in all four quarters. I love our Lions!!! Great way to honor the Oxford community!!! Huge!!! Go Lions!!!
Im impressed, you will never see Jared Goff place blame on a coach, penalty, or teammate he always focuses on what he could do better! And when they win all he does is give his teammates and Coaches props keep it up JG!

Visited Detroit for the first time last February. This City deserves a winning team so this is a start!
