He deserves another crack somewhere after dealing with Patricia’s cancer. There has been chatter that Bevell played a crucial role keeping Stafford sane while dealing with Patricia’s bullshit.

I think after all that bevell had to work with & the mess that patiricia had left him. I think that bevell had done the best job that he could have done. I said it twice and I’ll say it again. That Darrell bevell should be come the next head coach of the Detroit Lions. No doubt. Has for Matthew Stafford. Keep him as the starting quarter back of the Detroit Lions. The Lions thou needs to clean up the left side of the line. Trade Decker dahal & running back kerron Johnson. Has for the defensive side of the team needs to trade 4 of the free agents that the team singed last off season. Another thing before I forget. Sign receivers Marvin Jones & Kenny gailaday. And also got a new kicker. 1 kicer that I do have in mind. Is former u of m kicker Kenny Allen. He’s 28years old. Still young guy. Those are my thoughts. Thanks.

If Detroit does bring Darrell Bevell back his coaching staff at every position has to be a coaching staff of football intelligence.
get a new kicker? i mean yeah prater isn’t what he used to be but you’ll still be hard-pressed to find a better kicker that’s available
Kicker Kenny Allen is a former university of Michigan place kicker. He’s 28 years old and he’s also a pretty good kicker. Prater either needs a new change of view or needs to retire. Something is wrong with him. Don’t know what it is. But something is off. Has for the back up quarter back position. David blough would be a good back up quarter back going into next season. But also giving him some comition wouldn’t hurt either.
I hope Darrell Bevell gets a shot at the Head Coach position. He brought back the spark that the team needed.
Have not seen the energy and excrement to play from the guys in the last 2-3 years. He did well filling in. Lots of works to do but think he should still be a part of the team
It would absolutely be a social Crime to Detroit and every Lion fan on earth ,if Bevell isn’t retained as OC or some capacity of the Lions staff,if not HC.
Give him a one year shot
That would be great plus I don’t see how Bill Belicheck could even win if his whole defense was injured
He deserves to be our head coach next year but trade Stafford please. Our defense needs to be fixed. We need DT,CB, LB, OL,QB,RB

Saleh looks more of a fiery guy…not sure if that makes it for a better type of coaching, but he proved himself as DC, Bevell didn’t prove much here both as OC and as HC. With that said, he is very likable guy, that was a HUGE improvement over Patricia.
