The whole “execution is key” idea is just an idea used by Belichiekian coaches in order to brainwash these poor guys into having to take credit for everything that happens instead of blaming it on the true problem which is the coaching. The reason it works for Belichiek and not his disciples is because Belichiek is a successful coach that usually brings home at the W at the end of the day, meaning instead of placing blame, he is able to build his guys up and keep them rolling. When it comes to us, however, these guys’ morales continue to dip every week, as the blame for horrible coaching, schemes, and gameplans falls on them time after time even though they aren’t the problem. This is why Slay, Diggs and some other guys finally just broke.
you show clearly here that you either are just clueless or you have never been responsible for managing a team of skilled individuals….Coaches can coach and everything can be right and if each player does not execute what they were taught it is NOT a coaching Problem. your comment shows the mentality of blaming someone else for somebody not doing their job.
@Scott McClellan actually that’s not even my point. I’m not saying that what you said doesn’t happen, what I’m saying is that it’s extremely selfish of this coaching staff to blame these players time and time again for issues that seem a lot more prominent than “execution”
