He definitely has potential we shouldn’t have took him in 1st round. He definitely makes the linebacker group better
In what way does he make the linebacker group better? You liked when he whiffed on sacks every time? Or whiffed on tackles? Was it when he was in the wrong position and blew the coverage? Or maybe all the times he literally collided with the other defenders, basically blocking for the opposing team?
JD is. Stand up guy. I always loved his effort on and off the field. I truly believe he fits this team now more then he ever did. Here’s to a healthy season, full of sacks!!! Go get them JD!

Wow…stellar presser. I like the signing, I think under AG he’ll be able to improve and hopefully breakout being used properly. I like what I’m seeing this off-season. The Lions are really digging deep to give guys an opportunity and doing it financially reasonable

I think our coaches will take him to the next level. It’s hard to grade our talent under patricia! Look how much our players improved in just 1 season.
For the first time, in my 59 years, I can see a defined direction for this team. Bring in young very talented players and coach them to fit a system. The signings this off season have been spot on. Hungry young players. Solid coaching staff. Very excited.
I always thought he had all of the tools needed to be great, but I was kind of indifferent when he left. I truly believe this coaching staff will unlock so much more potential in him and he will, hopefully, be a beast. Fingers crossed!!!! Good luck Mr Davis, I’m pulling for your success!!!!
