Just throwing this out there ! So many hall of famers had HORRIBLE first games as rookies , John elway , Troy aikmam Peyton manning you name it ! Ridder didn’t do bad he had zero turnovers and lead a game winning drive his first game which sadly Drake London fumbled again! Coach smith purposely drew up this game plan for ridder that he was not to pass unless he absolutely had to so he can break into the pros but a horrible game plan smith ridder did just fine and will be a legend here watch

I wish some fans were more patient with him he’s learning and developing his first start In the NFL statistics he didn’t do good but he didn’t do bad either he came in the clutch when we needed that 1st down conversions. Mariota did his best but he’s been in the NFL way too long to be making consistent mistakes. Wish him nothing for the best. I truly believe ridder can be great if we give him solid weapons on both sides (offense and defense). We can’t replace him till we give him a fair chance.

If we being honest ridder had a solid game, completed 50% of his passes no turn overs, no interceptions and it would be nice if our HC wasn’t an idiot and his line could hold up worth a damn and he had some great deep throws but his receivers couldn’t get separation and ole butter fingers fumbled the ball let’s be honest he could be great just gotta build around him
