There is 2 Derek Carrs, the pre 2016 injury and the post injury, this year he’s looking like the 2016 playoff version. Also Ruggs is a huge difference. Raiders are 3-0 when he plays, 0-2 when he doesn’t. Its about balanced offense, now the Raiders have the rungame, short pass, medium pass, and with Ruggs and Agholor, the deep pass.

@East Bay 510 The point of my post was to show that if the Raiders continue to open up their offense, “Carr and company” will flourish. Unlike the Queefs, the Raiders are the team that is set up to dominate for the next 10 years. Mayock/Gruden have built this team with a young and talented defense, a dominating offensive line, a grinder running back, great receivers and tight ends and an accurate QB who can make any throw in the game.

The Queefs, on the other hand, have lots of money tied up in the QB, and thus have a weak defense and offensive line. They depend on Mahomes’ miracles to win competitive games. But that is coming to an end. We now know how to beat the Queefs. Rush 4 only and play coverage. They will have to adjust to survive. The Raiders are just getting started.

That’s right! He is great on 3rd downs and he leads the league in game winning drives since 2016. What does that tell you? I believe it tells us that Carr is a gun slinger and is at his best when he is in that position, and he is not just a system QB like Garappolo, for instance, who has no game winning drives so far in his career.

Carr said after the Chiefs game that his receivers now reminds him of the ones he had at Fresno State. If you watch his highlights at Fresno, he was a gun slinger with many long passes. Mayock/Gruden now has the talent around him. They are set up to dominate for the next 10 years. They may win multiple championships and Carr will go down as the most accurate passer as well as most accurate deep passer ever.

@Angel Huerta Carr is a field general. He is now in total control of this offense. He knew that the middle linebacker was blitzing so he turned to Jacobs before the snap and told him to block the linebacker because he knew he needed that extra time for the play to develop. Jacobs got a good enough block but the linebacker was still there early so Carr, knowing he had single coverage, let it fly and threw Ruggs open. It was a little under thrown because of the pressure but he made the throw good enough for the TD.
