With how screwed up so many families can be in our society, I appreciate Carr sharing the story about his children being excited to give presents to everyone in the family.
It’s a good influence on a society that used to have those kinds of role models, but not anymore, and it seems like families are far less stable and far more dysfunctional these days. It’s tragic.
His pregame speech before the Browns game had me ready to run full speed down field on the opening kickoff and make the tackle.
Interesting how they said there was a report that the game would not be played. I remember last year, we had to play without our entire offensive line ( I believe) and like maybe half the defense, and they were also threatening that we would forfeit the game. Just interesting that this time around, the option was no game would be played as opposed to the Browns forfeiting.

You know, it is new having fans in stands for the Raiders this year, so I feel what Derek is saying but Las Vegas is the vacation capital of the U.S. and there will always be as many fans of the opposing team there as well. I think this could be super tough for the Raiders at home because it’s a holiday weekend. The biggest holiday weekend of the year. Count on there being as many Broncos fans as Raiders fans. I really think that is a big part of the reason it is tough on the offense at home this year.
A.J. Cole is the straight up coolest guy. Love this presser as it is the first time I have ever heard him speak. I love him!
