Yeah; Jets fan here. Happy for Geno. He always threw a catchable ball; able to throw with touch or zip and a nice spiral. He seems to have really improved on pocket awareness, hopefully a good year for him and Seahawks.

@Randall Marsh 1979 no as a Broncos fan starting Geno was the smart move Lock threw 3 ints in a preseason game that should tell you something Lock is just all talk he said in Denver when he gets his chance he’ll show out I was rooting for Lock in Denver just so he could shut all the haters up but I’m like glad we got rid of him

Yup, same for me; every time they said “Wilson drops back” but seeing a broncos uniform….it just seemed off.
The entrie city of Seattle completely hates Russels guts and really wanted to show they didn’t want or need him anymore hope he retires a Bronco now.

Though this was one disappointing end to a great MNF game, remember that this is the first game of the season. These guys haven’t played alongside each other so it’s going to take time for them to get along and play good football. While my team got going really late, it’s progress and I’ll take progress than nothing. Congrats to you Seahawks fans and especially Geno Smith. He’s got a great fan base to back him up, and I knew you guys would win, mostly because Wilson didn’t look good returning with all that emotion. We’ll be back, and good luck to Seattle. Wilson threw for 340 yards which is good lol had no turnovers either to one td I’d take that any day if we hadn’t traded for Wilson & kept Lock he woulda had 3 ints & we woulda gotten the crap beat outta us
Broncos really killed themselves last night. The fumbles, the many penalties, and of course the way the last minute of the game was managed. Hawks played well enough in first half to give themselves the lead. Gotta play better in second halfs though. Go Hawks!

Strong performance by the Seattle Seahawks. I was bothered by the inconsistent officiating. They’d call some head-to-head contacts and not others that were patently obvious. Denver committed so many dumb mistakes that they deserved to lose. Stop with the inconsistency.

@SROMBomb001 actually I was pretty young back then I was just born when Elway won back to back I was born the year 1997 in Denver so I never got to watch Elway play but I sure did get to see the Broncos play during the Plummer Cutler & Orton days
