I’m a chargers fan but they said Lynn is going to need a miracle to stay as the head coach next year.
It doesn’t matter. If the chargers decide to move on then they owe Lynn $7 mill. So since the chargers are cheap, they’ll probably keep him
I mean is it all Lynn’s fault though? His defensive and special teams coordinators are the real menaces and Anthony Lynn brought us the 2018 season which was great. He also was able to bring it back together since we won against the Raiders. I bet this will be a win for the chargers and even if it isn’t they won’t fire Anthony Lynn.
@Snity man Yeah. I think it would be dumb to move on from him. Especially with a rookie team. You never want to switch coaches with rookies because it’s tuff for them to learn a whole new scheme. I think if the chargers are patient and give a second chance then we’ll see another chargers playoff run. He’s been there for 4 years. 2 of them are winning seasons. One was a loosing season because Philip Rivers wasn’t performing. And I think this year was just an unfortunate year for him.
