    Exactly. He was promoted because he was supposed to keep the “winning culture” going. Instead, the team clearly has no offensive or defensive identity and the play calling on both sides are horrible. We’re back to celebrating an under .500 record at this point in the season and hoping for a wild card spot. Just like most of the 90’s and early 2000’s.
