SAINTS NEED A COACH

Here’s why the Saints lose:
Sean Payton I think it was Mic’d Up yelled at a player “Hey, do you need me to show you how to hold a football, or can you just stop dropping f**king passes?!” Another instance was when a player fell down untouched: “Let me see those shoes…well that FIGURES! GO TO THE LOCKER ROOM AND PUT ON THE RIGHT SHOES!! You KNOW youre supposed to wear the screw ins!!”
Dennis Allen in the same situation I imagine sounds like: “We have to clean up some mistakes.”
“Nice shoes. I like the gold Nike swoosh.”
In the end DA doesn’t instill discipline and confidence. Those guys may be paid a lot and are grown men, but that doesn’t mean you can’t at least verbally light their asses up once in a while and show your displeasure in their performance.

This team is dead inside hope DA gets fired and play from there

This season is over so here is a 10 point plan to get back on the winning track next season:

1) Fire Mickey Loomis and all scouts
2)Fire the entire coaching staff
3) Cut Jameis Winston
4) Cut Andy Dalton
5) Hire the best GM in the league (I would say the Bills, the Ravens and the Eagles have the best front offices so hire someone from their office as GM and let him build the team including the next head coach hire.
6) Sign Jimmy G (We don’t have a first round pick and you cannot count on Sean returning in 2023 and Jimmy G is the best free agent QB available plus he has taken a team to the Superbowl)
7) Make sure you don’t hire a front office that give away draft picks like candy and one who values football I.Q. since we seem to have a dumb football team.
8) Make sure the GM hires a head coach who is a disciplinarian and not a good ole boy like D.A. who never really disciplines his players.
9) Get rid of Michael Thomas and any other player who is a cancer to this locker room.
10) Pray and then pray some more.
