As a Wilson fan I’ve watched every down of his career, you all need to have some patience with the offense as they come together. It takes awhile to know what each other are thinking but they will get it. Knowing Russ he will work hard with them. I’m more concerned with the coaching errors or not being certain on what the plan is.
Yes I agree but I am worried. We also had receivers 2 through 4 out once jeudy went down our safety and then our top cb once surtain went out. Add in Hackett’s game management and dropped balls it gets to looking pretty bad.
Coaching needs to get better but seems like that would work itself out too

Sometimes this is Russell. Don’t get me wrong he is Great and worth every penny. Take it from a diehard 12′ who will Forever love Russell. However the penalty has got to go.
The penalties and the play calling by the coach is whats killing the Broncos.
Seems like Wilson is getting unlucky on a inch here and a inch there !! The coaching on the other hand is getting out of control!!! Seems like everything he does is wrong. Sucks bc I like Hackett as a person but he’s been awful
Let’s just cut through the BS. Its a mess in too many ways that highschool teams are better in. Im really concern about Hacketts attitude because you don’t see many head coaches that are like him. Hes a great great guy but im still not sure if he’s gonna cut it long term. How are the plays coming in so late all the time. Its ridiculous and unheard of. Defense is fine other then some penalties. Im disappointed thus far. It doesn’t need to be just better because it appears its a long way from acceptable! This was a home game and the game in Seattle was against a bad team.
Hackett appears to be in over his head.. Ive never seen anything like this before and the punt returner hanging out on the sidelines was just the icing on the cake tonight. This didn’t feel like a hard fought victory at all and the Fans counting down the play clock was embarrassing. Had the clock been broken I would understand. In little league we had the refs helping us out. Im at a loss for words because we should be soooo much better. 16 points in both games vs Seattle and Houston??? Really? Sad part is that potential wise the offense looks and has shown its potential power but because of the BS that boils down to coaching, we are scoring less than Teddys offense. Let that sink in! Maybe we should have signed Russ but kept Vic for one more season and brought in another OC. It didn’t get better during the week and that is concerning as to where Hackett is mentally. It appears to be too much for him and his staff is a bunch of young inexperienced guys as well. I feel our players can compete but now I feel our coaching staff is always gonna be outcoached and because of the national stage week 1 and pretty much a repeat in many ways considering we were at home, The staff us under a spotlight and that only adds pressure. The last thing I should be thinking now is about how Vic and Vance had it together a little bit more than I gave them credit for because I know its solely based on what I have seen from Hackett thus far. Im not giving up on the guy because I really like him and its just been less than a year overall that he has been A Bronco but the things we are having problems with now is unheard of in the amount of times things keep reoccurring

@Mario Lewis I’ve watched the last 36 season of Broncos football. I give money to the team and have invested. Im not saying anything that isn’t obvious. I will always support Denver but be critical of the individuals that are representing the franchise and brand. Capers is the only one that I felt could help with ol school connection but for all I know, he is 75 years old and is defensive minded. Hackett needs to get mean but he may not know how to do that effectively. I love this team and expect them to win most and by next year to be even better. More Williams and more Boone.. Love Gordon but Boone deserves some time too
@Spur Bronc it was A sloppy game I agree with you there but as A life long broncos fan since the 80s I will never turn my back on the team. 3 Super Bowl wins felt phenomenal & feel like we’ll get more & definitely play better in the long haul, better then the Joseph & Fangio era. Just gotta play some more disciplined & cleaner football & we be good. Go broncos🧡💙
@Mario Lewis I feel we will be better as well but With Hackett and the new inexperienced staff, that part may not pan out. The players are proven and have shown what they can do. This is Hackett first head coaching gig so we truly don’t know if its gonna work with him. SO far its been worse than I could ever have imagined.
I hope Hackett’s in the study room with the team to fix his mistakes too. He needs to own the lack of discipline this team displayed in these first two games. Offense will get better, some great weapons. Cleanup the sloppy stuff and stop with the questionable play calls
Sloppy play and play calling from not playing in preseason. They were out of sink both games getting plays in. Needed to get that out on preseason.
Hackett’s on a learning curve, I believe in him and the coaching staff. Let’s just hope it’s a short arc.

His clock management is the worst I have ever seen and the discipline is pathetic.
“Defensive dominance?” The Texans are a team that couldn’t beat the Colts who got shut out by the Jags. If they didn’t dominate, we’d be in a lot more trouble when we actually face the better teams on our schedule.
When the crowd has to count down the play clock so you don’t get delay of game something is very wrong.
there is something off about Hackett and Wilson doesn’t seem quite right i hate too say it but we may be screwed the rest of the season
Need to communicate better next week, but that defense is so much better than Fangio’s defense. Evero is doing great despite the offense flopping the first 3 quarters. His defense actually clutches up and stops the opposing offense from scoring unlike Fangio
We had Sutton and bench players out there catching the ball . Wouldn’t put the full blame on Russ here
We need will fuller john ross and kevin king from free agency and possibly odell if he’s good to go!
This seems very much like the talk in 2013, Peyton’s first year. The Broncos stunk until the second half of the third game against the Chargers and there was a huge contingent of fans (especially Tebow-ites) screaming “I told you so”. Defense is going to have to carry this team until the offense gels. As Peyton kept telling the fans in ’13 – relax and be quiet when the offense is on the field.
I wouldn’t brag about that win to much..I think they’re in trouble next week
Great breakdown with Phil, Todd and Nick! Please keep bringing Todd and Nick back, I really enjoy their analysis! Doesn’t Todd have a calming voice? 🤣 We need that hearing this!! Both Todd and Nick are forthcoming with the challenges this team faces, but with positivity.
Clock management and play calling has been absolutely horrid. We need to call Odells agent and sign Will Fuller.
