BA needs to hire new coordinators, especially on defense.
He’s not going to. Everyone of those coaches were hand picked by him and they had a history with him. They are more like part of his family. it’s either they get a job somewhere else or the owner has to fire BA and all his staffs.
They all go back years. He’s not firing any of them. And there’s no need to just yet they’re coming off a SB win. Give them time to turn it around then judge them on weather or not they do and how good they go from now.
The biggest weakness of the Bucs is BA. He is the 25th best coach in the league right now. I notice every time he goes up against top knotch coaches he looks like a highschool coach. Sean Payton makes BA look clueless in every game they matchup. Bill also made BA look clueless. Mcvay who is overrated and he destroys the coaching matchups with BA Ron Rivera also out coached BA. In order for The Bucs need to get all of their players back because they need to rely on talent to win. The Bucs need to look for a new coach if they want to win another SB.
Gronk and AB are very important to this team. That defense is so inconsistent this season. Brady has to put up 4 to 5 TDs just to keep the game close or just to win a close game. He is going to get burned out before the end of the season.
Defense is incredibly unreliable.
Tampa gonna go and Smash this weekend.
Or they will flop lol.
But if Tampa makes it to the Playoffs… Green Bay will be waiting for a reunion
Obvious teams will play the Buc’s harder than other teams because of Brady and being Champions. Even the Jet’s will step it up in a couple of weeks. So everyone just relax and wait for the injured players to return. Because we know how good this team can and has played.
So should we still relax if the Giant’s beat the Bucs on Monday? Let us know when it’s an appropriate time to be seriously concerned about this 2021 team.

Those of us who have witnessed United’s defeats at Leicester City and at home to Liverpool and Manchester City in recent weeks have been subjected to a style and results that are quite simply unsustainable for a club of this stature.
21% of Man Utd’s home defeats in PL history have come under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. The last 4 home games in the premiere leage and only scored one goal with 3 defeats and one draw and to top it, Man Utd conceded more goals at OT than Norwich at Carrow Road and they SACKED their MANAGER.

I hate to say this, but Tom’s presence isn’t beneficial to the Bucs as it was to the Patriots players. They seem to be content with the 1 ring, and not as hungry or getting stronger to get another one. They seem lackadaisical to me, injuries are killing us! Gronk and AB are the only receiver’s has earned Tom’s trust on the field. Too many “maybe’s” for the team. I’m really shocked about the Defense…..
Brady has little to do with it. With nearly all the receivers not playing except Evans, as the rest are injured, it makes it hard to throw to people like Breshad Perriman (remember him? He played last week against Washington.) The defense cannot keep the first or second string cornerbacks on the field as they are all injured. If some of these players come back, they will be better. Right now, I am surprised they are 6-3 they have so many injuries and on top of the NFC South of all things.

@Lets Go Higher, Frisco Texas True. But he is much older now, and he is still amazing, but he needs players who can catch the ball. This week against the Colts he got some back, including Gronk. All of a sudden he was far more effective, and the running game is as well. Brady says it himself in interviews – football is a team sport. When the Bucs have all their players, they are scary. Even now missing AB and Carlton Davis they still won.
The Buc’s played “smash mouth” defense last year, other teams are now “smashing” us in the mouth!!! We need some “meanness” from the D!

As a Bucs fan I would NOT bet against your take. It can happen just as easily as it did last sunday. There’s a huge amount of the fanbase thinks they can and will just “flip that switch” at some point and it’ll be just like last year right? That’s their big mistake right there. That mindset goes for the players and the fans.
@Dean Giusti they have the same exact team as last year. They should be able to replicate their success. But it just seems they are not hungry anymore
