No what the colts need to do is give a QB more then one season to gel with the young receivers and bet the offence would be in a better condition. It’s takes at least two seasons of sam QB and offensive play to achieve this look at Mannings and Marvin and Reggie and all other colts offensive players his rookie year he was as bad as matts been this year then year 2 improvement then over a decade of great play. It all takes time and you can’t do it in one season. Plus we were due a horrid season so everyone needs to just get over it noone want to lose but news flash it happens and sometimes you just have a bad year. Nothing more to read into it.

One of the youngest Offensive coaches in the league or even history he’s got the time to learn o wouldn’t knock him he like Jeff got thrown into the positions there in thanks to irsays call and possibly fans overly complaining so you should expect and deal with the results all of you get for whining and not just allowing Frank to finish. Shoot Frank at least led them to 4 wins. Based on the point he was relieved of duty we could have won at least 4 more games which would have been 8 wins and we’d be at the top of the division and in the playoffs at this point.
