Saints Debbie Gallagher, who is the Executive assistant to the EVP/General Manager, joins John DeShazier and Erin Summers ahead of the Saints' NFL Crucial Catch game on Thursday Night Football in Week 7 vs. the Jaguars to share her story as a cancer survivor.
About the NFL's Crucial Catch games:
All clubs support the league's mission of early detection and risk reduction, and each year they elect to support one or multiple cancers. Throughout October, NFL Crucial Catch games raise awareness for cancer prevention with players, coaches, fans, and referees in apparel supporting multiple types of cancer, as well as additional on-field and in-stadium branding. In the United States, the NFL has raised over 22 million dollars for the American Cancer Society to provide screenings in underserved communities.

This year, all net proceeds from Crucial Catch merchandise sold on NFLShop.ca will be donated back to the Canadian Cancer Society. These funds will help improve the quality of life of people affected by cancer, their families and caregivers by supporting programs and services offered by the Canadian Cancer Society such as the Cancer Information Hotline, Transportation Program and CancerConnection.ca.
