Tighten up on d

Ji-San

The defense can really be a threat this year. They just gotta iron out and find the best to get into those starting positions and clean up the penalties

FalEvanfan

I didn’t see much pass rush but then again they did not sign any free agents. Ebikite was putting pressure, I think he is going to be a great player.

    David Willis

He may end up taking Carter’s spot, that was especially telling after Carter played kick return on the first play of the game.

Fingering Kitty

dee alford gotta start

    Jack

    Ahead of who?

    Cailin Battey

He should definitely get play time ! Idk about starting just yet . He keeps showing out like he did in against Detroit,He can earn a roster spot for sure . I can already see Dean Pees utilizing him because he’s a nasty player from what it looks like.

    David Willis

Slot does seem like he should start

    GodlyZ

    @David Willis Isaiah Oliver?

    David Willis

    @GodlyZ he’s being overshadowed rn

Daniel Whetstone

I see the vision for this defense and i like it. bottom tier will not be where this team will be. i see 15th or better ranked and if the offense can be a top 10, then they could make the playoffs.

    Jt Young

I feel offense is capable of top 10 but it comes down to our WR #2 play and The big question mark we have at Qb

Achilles Builds

While I respect these guys and their ability to be honest and open… I do however wish they’d offer less insight into our team and what it takes to beat us.

    Keith Spencer

They play by the fundamentals of football they encourage you open the playbook to beat them that’s the competition they thrive on

Jason Tye

Still can’t hold a lead, Lions drove down the field at will. We really need to get bigger in the trenches, still.

    Will Vazquez

We will. This year imo is sort of still a rebuilding year. Next year we’ll have around 100m in cap. Next year, the falcons will be the real deal

    Jason Tye

@Will Vazquez I agree, but I really did expect our lines to be more dominant. Hope they get em beefed up this summer and we really do shock a lot of people with how much better we already got.
    Next year feels good already🔥

    E.J Byrd

@Will Vazquez depending on what they do and who they bring in, I agree. U can have the money all day but can u evaluate productive talent ? That’s where ATL has struggled (Thomas Dimitroff)

Xplicit Pete

Trust Dean Pees whoever he coached on the defenses were mostly on the higher tiers in NFL. Just takes time for players to buy in

Tigris Dunn

He how bout u learn how to make a 3 down stop

Richard Pierce

You gotta remember they were assessing their personel. The D will be much better come sept 8

MA P

ILB Evans was the blown coverage second play of the game. They are moving on like Deion Jones isn’t even a part of the team. Marlon Davidson is another one that won’t be around long.

    E.J Byrd

Right I hardly ever see Marlon on the field

Alex Marshall

That man has to call the right plays.

Lee85

This Defense will lead the League in Turnovers.

SKIP THE BASE

Matt Campbell? Does he mean DAN Campbell? 1:58

Thomas tbone

rise up falcons lets win this season show we donot need mat ryan

Ty

LBs and most of the dline still struggling and looking lost at times. Hopefully they can get it together by week 1

T Y

We need roquan and some safeties

Kinggg Nova

Naw for me. I didn’t see anything new or different from our defense. We still gave up big plays on 3rd down. Like always. We can’t stop the run. And we definitely got lucky on that last drive. Because we couldn’t stop them, they was just going to run the clock out on us. And they fumbled on their own. But I really like how ridder played. Smart running, and the passes was on point. WRs just dropped a lot.

    Thad Haynes

    A lot of starters didn’t play ..

justinw25

our secondary has to be better though the big passes on 3rd are deadly
