Very happy to see Donatell back on a path to health. I realize there are many who are impatient with the coaching staff, but I think we need to be more patient as fans. This is overall an excellent staff, and constant turnover doesn’t help. I’m a little disappointed with Shurmur, but even he has shown some good things, and will continue to grow when our personnel is at full strength. The only coach who I think is under the gun might be McMahon, but even he is 100 times better than Olivo was. All in all, this team is light years ahead of where we’ve been, especially under VJ, and the coaches have this team progressing, and pointed in the right direction. Count me very satisfied with how this staff operates overall.
