Let go of the best coach in our history and replaced him with someone way better. Ron was only the best coach in our history by default because we haven’t been around long enough to have anyone better (until now) and cam is still better than teddy bridgewater and i think we should have just played out the last year of cams contract but regardless he would be gone after this year anyway. He’s washed as much as i hate to say it. Tepper has made all the right moves

@Brandon Simmons i agree 100% i hated the way they handled the cam situation and the way they’ve handled our star players leaving in the past, but even if it was this year or last year regardless of how they handled it, it was time to move on unfortunately. I feel you, its tough but i honestly believe we’ll be better in the long run for it the way they’re building this team. That is unless they’re somehow dumb enough to believe teddy is the future. If that happens then yeah we’re fucked lol

Sounds like GM by committee to me. Owners own, coaches coach, and GM’s make the final decision on personnel after getting the best advice from scouts. Only way it works in NFL. Just look at Jerry Jones and Daniel Snyder. Ruined 2 storied franchises after disrupting the process. Both were very successful businessmen other wise.
