He doesn’t have to explain why this team failed. If you saw his face while he was on the sidelines on 4th and 1 the other day says it all..
He’s going to handle himself professionally on the mic and leave everything he has on the field. I don’t care what people say about RBs, he’s the type of player you take care of and make sure he stays in Chicago. He deserves a contract, but needs to realize along with Roquan and Daniels that a good paycheck and winning is better than a great paycheck. They’re all blessed to play a game for a living and it’s better for everyone to spread the money around. The ARobs and Eddie Jackson’s won’t be here if they don’t change their ways. It’s probably too late for ARob.
Monty is a talented kid who is also humble, respectful and GRATEFUL for what he has. His talent, commitment, and work ethic to boot make him an example for youth in our country and he is what success looks like, regardless of the teams W/L record.
Now, hopefully the Bears can get a head coach that knows what he’s got in #32 and uses him to win games instead of the cat factory play calling they were running.

It seems like alot of players got stockholm syndrome towards matt nagy taking them all mentally hostage for 4 years because they went from SB contenders to mediocre scrubs literally overnight and they just got used to scrub status.
