I’m not a texan fan, I came here to see if he said anything about watson. But for you guys it’ll come down to hitting on the draft picks you get for watson. You’ve gotta draft good players with those picks and build a team that way. It’s a rebuild, I mean there is no way in hell you make the playoffs next year. I can easily see ya’ll being last. I mean titians, colts, jags are all great teams. Jags will be once they spend there money and get lawrence. But you guys just gotta hit on the picks.

Superbowl is not happening, it’s a rebuild. Plus new coaches hardly ever make the playoffs. It usually takes 3 years.

This guy honestly has a little Mike Tomlin in him.
This guy has that Inspirational type of vibe, that can rally the troops. Usually these guys need good assistant coaches that are good at numbers
Definitely the kind of coach where positional staff matters the most. He’s going to expect the most out of the players and for them to consistently execute but he’s not going to micromanage what’s being done. Let’s see how good of a leader he will be. Hopefully Deshaun stays.

But note his first statement…”…want players…all about being a Texan”. He backstepped a bit later by mentioning Deshaun by name, but it’s clear where he thinks this is really headed.
