David Akers: Week 6 Fantasy Outlook

Akers is coming off a quiet game in Week 5 which saw him connect on a 53 yard field goal, but not attempt an extra point. Despite two games with double-figure scoring, Akers also has two contests with just three points.
Akers home-road splits don’t offer encouraging news for Sunday at Cleveland. He has 26 points in two contests indoors at Ford Field, and just 15 points in three road contests. The Lions offense is always a threat to provide opportunities, but Akers isn’t a top option at Cleveland.
