So essentially Dave Toub is not disagreeing with Dustin, but he is right it takes the full team to make a field goal.

Stop talking about it just do it, every game we have at least 3 points that miss on the board, Butker need to push forward… not step up, he always been good, this year he choke, do more reps with accuracy to build confidence, put your heart into it and go extra miles

This is frustrating to listen to. I like Dave’s responses. But, the questions are to the point that they are way over analyzing this.
