Some guys get it and keep working hard to be the best they can… like Mooney. Some guys think they have it after one year and stop working hard because ego is bigger like Ejax
I wish our fans would yell out “Moooooon” or somethin, whenever he catches a pass/TD. That, I would imagine, gives the player a nice boost of confidence on that drive.
They do it for Cooper Kupp and Amari Cooper. Mooney’s name would work, imo.

Mooney is very talented underrated in my opinion but he does need to be more dependable everywhere on the field not just deep. He dropped a lot in the middle of the field he needs to practice catching and getting hit
100% right. Darnell Mooney had some lapses, last year. And he and Fields need to work on the deep ball closely. I’m not sure if Mooney has a hard time tracking some of those moonshot passes, or JF1 is just going to adjust the trajectory a bit.
But, that was last year — when they really didn’t get much time together.

I have all of the confidence in the world in Mooney getting better and better because he is super dedicated. Plus he has great chemistry with Fields and that will only get better as well. I think Mooney is going to surprise a lot of people this year with his production.
I can see him being that WR1 for the bears especially since he’s been catching passes from fields . Whoever else they bring in has someone to watch and learn from , now it’s all going to come down to the type of offense they are planning on installing ,I’m really looking forward to seeing my Bears start running this system and showing people that the Bears are the ready to take the NFL by storm !!!
