Question…what is that tool that the coach is using at minute mark 1:15? It looks like a plunger 🪠 I have seen coaches use these and have always wanted to know what they’re used for?
It’s a tool used to simulate opposing players punching at the ball, so you concentrate on ball security while simultaneously practicing footwork and balance, while keeping your head up. It’s even hard than it looks
