Beating Dallas to go 6-0 headed into the BYE is a phenomenal feeling. What a way to cap off one of the greatest Philly sports weekends in history.
@George Johnson moved the ball 18 inches off its mark, called back a NB TD, allowed Lane Johnson and his back up to hold #11 all night long without a single call on either player, called a tic-e-tac illegal motion on the Boyz only to allow the Eagles O to get away with an obvious one on there very next drive, and then yes the bobbled pic at the end. Smh it was egregious. I expected nothing less in Philly tho. Let them shine and have there moment it wont last. They know deep down that the short comings off Cooper Rush and the horrendously 1 sided officiating was the catalyst of there success last night.
as a dallas fan i could take an L from an eagle, your team played really good defense and stopped many plays and even stopped a possible comeback, either way the season is not over and we still have many weeks to come. either way enjoy your win over us, and yes you could call us cowgirls but like i said the season isn’t over yet.
Cant believe the Saints didn’t want to pay CJ Gardner-Johnson. He’s only 24 and has been key to this defensive unit. Really excited for what we could see out of him and the rest of the defense this year. Go Birds 🦅

Hurts doesn’t try to do to much. He runs when he needs to, passes when he needs to. Spreads the ball around, and doesn’t turn the ball over. That’s all you need to win in this league. It’s not as flashy as Josh Allen or Lamar Jackson but it gets W as their record can surely attest.

@SABER-JOCKY You can’t think of it that way. It’s about what defenses he has faced not offenses if you can manage the game you can win a shootout despite how much the other team scores. It’s offense vs Defense not qb vs qb

Eagles are a very balanced team this season I’m proud to see him like that. No I’m not an Eagles fan. I just enjoy seeing different teams being successful not the same teams all the time.

@r bu honestly man i really did. But im also a huge eagles fan and huge homer. We had probably the best off season um yhe nfl, and we got better everywhere. Our young players got better too. I knew we would be a force this year. But i believe we will go 15-1 this season

It’s sports, one team dominating is just as fascinating as a new team winning every imo. It’s not a participation award 😂 I loved being able to witness greats like Tom Brady’s/BB’s dominance, Nick Saban and Alabama (from not that long ago), LeBron going to 9 straight finals, etc. that stuff is impressive. Greatness breeds evolution.

Man these eagles look good. What’s most impressive to me is that they get a lead and don’t give it up. 6-0 and haven’t trailed in the 2nd half all season.

@Heliodorable i mean they did play a real defense, overall I feel like eagles only scored 10 points since we gave them 2 free touchdowns and a field goal, back up qb playing how he would against a good defense like the eagles, other than that I feel like this game would be different, I watched the entire game and I believe by what I stand by it should of been 17 to 10 but we shot ourselves in the foot with interceptions and only lost by 9 points

As a cowboys fan, good game eagles. They were ready to play and showed that they are a really balanced football team
@ol’ blu We have no indication that Rush is just as intelligent as Dak. He might be, but I see no indication of it. But intelligence and football acumen are two different things. Dak has been a starting QB in the NFL for 7 years. Cooper Rush has played 6 games. So experience goes to Dak.

As a life long cowboys fan, I will give the Eagles their props.. y’all have a more complete team and y’all came to play ball but if we had Dak healthy, I believe the outcome would’ve been different. Nevertheless, y’all did a hell of a job both defense and offense

to 3. Dak is a highly gifted quarterback, capable of putting 40 pts, throwing for 400 yds, but the bad part is Dak is not consistant. He has fantastic games against certain teams and then falls flat on his face when up against a great team, led by another great quarterback, like Mahomes, Rodgers,Brady, Hurts.But it could be the bad coaching too. Here’s hoping Dak comes back great and leads the Cowboys all the way to the NFL championship. There’s alot of games left to play. With Dak playing great every game the Cowboys should beat the Eagles next time they play.

Hurts is not a great mobile QB and he doesn’t have a great arm and isn’t very accurate plus can barely throw when under duress. And you BETTER BELIEVE that BIG BLUE will come bringing alllllll that duress!!!

Rush finally had a terrible game. I hope they don’t panic and rush dak back. Even though we lost, I like where we sit. We have the ability to win a game like this, but we have to play better.

Panic? Rush played a bad game. If it gets hot in the kitchen you then need to adjust. I see no fire coming from Rush.
Rush is what he is. A very good backup. With Dak behind the center it would have been a totally different game. Eagles scored 10 points off of Coopers turnovers. Take the 10 off the board Dallas wins 17-16. And Cooper lost another 7 on a wide open CeeDee Lamb.

Cooper Rush averaged 6 points per game in his 4 games this season. 6 points wasn’t going to cut it against the Eagles. And yes I do know what would have happened if Dak played. The best thing I think Philly has right now is the fact that they play like more then a team. They really look like family out there from the O line to the big 4 on offense and the D line and secondary.

Good job Eagles. As for my Cowboys I am pleasantly surprised we are 4-2 after 6 weeks without Dak. Our defense is legit. We kept the Eagles with their lowest rush,pass and total yards of the season so far. Our second meeting will be more interesting for sure if the division stays close.
Our defense is really good. If our offense can stay on the field for at least a few first downs game would have been much closer.
Not an Eagles fan but I’m really rooting for Hurts. This is a guy with no ego who handled things the right way in college with Tua, and now in the NFL. He’s talented, but not the most talented, but I can tell he works hard and he’s really developed. Happy to see him succeed

@Nomadic Cole Tua was drafted 5th overall. Mac Jones was drafted 15th overall. Hurts was drafted 53rd overall. Plus Hurts transferred to Oklahoma so he wasn’t even drafted as an Alabama player. So was your comment blind Eagles hate, or blind Bama hate? 😂
