Let’s just take a moment to appreciate the hard work Reggie has put in on this kid. Pierce went from dropping passes in week 1 to catching game winning TD’s and becoming a solid #2 WR within 6 weeks. While granted Pierce has alot of talent, you can clearly see how Reggie’s coaching has improved Pierce’s play. Same with Campbell.
We went from having a very week WR core last year to arguably one of the better ones this year. All thanks to Coach Wayne. Keep up the good work coach.
I always found over the shoulder catches easier personally
It really depends. The lower angle ones yes, but the straight down balls that you’re basically running with your head straight but trying to track it, no.
That’s so weird, I’d say the opposite. It just felt natural for me, like just letting it drop into a basket or something. It wasn’t always like that but once I got it down it became such a natural thing. I’d always have think about it a bit when I’d watch a ball in while facing it.

I was screaming at the tv the play before for them to throw it to Pierce cuz he was 1on1 on the outside and those go routes are his greatest strength in those situations. I went absolutely nuts the second Matt dropped back to pass I knew it was a TD with the jags showing the same formation on D. Great call, even better execution, a thing of beauty. I could watch that play a hundred times.
I was at this game in person the atmosphere from this building was electric so happy we won. Down 14-3 first quarter and came back and won hope to keep that momentum going to Tennessee
