it’s still very possible for the opposing teams to go on losing streaks and we go on a winning streak considering the schedules we have we can still make the playoffs! All the struggles we are going through are only growing pains and is only turning Raiders into a monster! I believe they awoken a SLEEPING GIANT! That chemistry is finally coming together I can already see it! I would love to finish off at 13-4 and the other teams in our division get hit hard with losses!

When the Raiders pass, and it doesn’t work the team panics. The run opens up the pass. Running the ball is making the o line gel. Running the ball also helps you to win the time of possession state. Running the ball eats up the clock.

I like what the defense has been doing. I agree, I wanna see a little more consistency there. Maybe Blake Martinez helps us get there. Im hoping he, as a vet, makes an immediate impact

    Chandler was finally coming alive last game. Hopefully that’s a sign and not just a one time thing. That and hopefully we pick up Darius Philon when he gets healthy

Defense just need to focus on tackling/not prioritizing stripping, keeping the blitz coming, focusing on TE coverage, than were good there. Offense needs to keep opening up the run because it benefits all aspects of the offense, o line gel/confidence, positive yards, opens up the pass, keep defenses on their toes, clock management etc.
