Mr. SDR

Its time to move on from Moore!!!…Dak is not gona grow any more under Moore system….since we stuck with Dak he needs a new.. competent OC thas gonna put him over the top…PERIOD!!!!…

    Jack Coleman

    You are 100% right

    Kawon Moses

Thank you, finally someone that is seeing the totality of the picture. That has to be 1st. Then Dak needs more weapons. And he needs somebody looking over his shoulder other than Cooper Rush. Somebody about to pay Cooper Rush, but C’mon Daks window of opportunity is closing. Going into year 8. Kellen Moore or Dak has to go, that experiment is over. We ain’t Boise State.

    Johnny Coleman, Jr.

He got Linehan fired. Now we want Moore gone. So do I. There’s a common denominator here. #4.

    rodcliff neal

Please stop it Moore is not the problem, Moore call 2 awesome playoff games Dak was to blame for the playoff loss, interceptions and being out play by a Rookie quarterback

    Mr. SDR

@rodcliff neal then what do u suggest sir

Yabba DabbaDoo

No playoffs for Dallas in 2023. Watch.

Jeffrey Milby

Had to get this out, I dont think SF was the better team, I think we made them the better team with our offensive play or failure to play

    Ryan Gulley

We had the better team .dak beat us

    Eddy Avila

hahah are you serious? .. stop bro go sit somewhere and enjoy the rest of the playoffs…

Brian LaBounty

Great scout, but the players but your players gave up in playoffs, don’t need players like that on the team. Keep going until it’s over. Both offense and defense.

Brian LaBounty

A winning season ain’t nothing without Thee RING. Resiliency 🤣 the whole team gave up at the end of the 3rd quarter. All for 1 and all for 1. Sign Tom Brady let’s win a ring and make dak an expensive cheerleader like Kyle orton🤣

Deo Alvarez

Will myclay your the best thank you for all your success t will try again next year

zandz

Will I appreciate everything you’ve done with this franchise, but we need you to come around on our way of seeing things with dak and start taking the steps necessary to move on asap cause he is not the one definitely not the one at 40 mill a year

Zip Talia

Ok Will…. outside of BEGGING JJ to retain Dan Quinn (new head coach) and Al Harris (new D coordinator) beyond ALL else (even at the expense of MM & KM)…… here is the grocery list: 1) find next stud RB in first 3-5 rounds 2) find LEGIT #2 WR in draft or FA 3) find a big, strong, LEGIT “war daddy” DT in draft or FA 4) add a young LB who can run, hit, tackle, and talk shite 5) find another Deron Bland while re-signing Anthony Brown 6) add 2 more nasty, young STRONG OL in the vein of Tyler Smith

    Quinn Drone

    @Anselan OKayan 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

    Larry Melear

    @Quinn Drone whatever short bus

    Quinn Drone

    @Larry Melear 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

    Bruce Hammonds

Great points Zip with the exception of retaining Anthony Brown. He is no doubt an upgrade over the young guys out there learning the game but even they looked better at times than him.

    Zip Talia

@Bruce Hammonds – my strategy with him is not for him to become a “progress stopper” for anyone, etc. but instead to re-sign him cheaply (as either a starter and/or ins) so that we can deploy our 1st rounder in a different (more impactful?) direction. AB’s getting some age on him for sure but he has been pretty good overall these past 2 years – so if we can get him relatively cheap – i think we would be smart to try? This way we can save that 1st round pick for the very best/most impactful WR/DT/RB (Bijan?) instead?

FJorge

With all due respect. Everyone has failed in the organization. From top to bottom. 1995 our last SB.

hect ibarra

Man the deffense was 🔥 now if you can load up the offense it’ll be great

LAMAR

At 49:57 the fan that asked Will McClay about trading up for a player that is Broaddus favorite pick we all listen to him🤦🏾‍♂️the fan said trading picks 5,6,7 for a 3rd round pick to move up. There was no need to mention Broaddus and if you see this please ask better questions moving forward that was cringey

luis ortiz

You are one of the best and most important PIECES on this team. WILL.. im probably a bigger fan of you than most of our players

Tyrone Spivey

He needs to be better in scouting

Nick

Will McClay is probably the one person in the Cowboys FO that every fan supports and trusts.

    TheReal Darrell

Once Mr. McClay started working with Dallas, their drafting got better. People were bashing the pick for Zach Martin and Tyler Smith. He found Terrence Steele as an undrafted free agent.

Devil Dog

We already have a good Defense but we should try and build a replica of the ‘85 Bears D! If the other team can’t score, then Dak should be fine. After we take care of our FAs, we should definitely keep an eye on the Eagles FAs. They have a lot of FAs, so we might be able to snag a great player!

David P

I can’t wait to see Sam Williams with Parsons next year and the the continued improvement of our young tight ends, and Tyler Smith

Mister Awesome

Dak better hit up Kurt Warner and have him and analyze his games he needs to play mistake free football 🏈

Chris Pederson

Will McClay gives me hope for this team. Yes the season had inconsistencies, but look at the roster they’ve put together. How many teams can be applauded for drafting well and developing their talent? Not many. And we truly are never one player away. Hopefully we can bring back some of those pivotal pieces and fan favorites in the off-season (looking at you LVE, Hankins, Pollard, etc.) Proud to be a Cowboys fan even after a tough loss.
