I would love Simmons if he somehow fell to number 9 but if that doesn’t happen I hope we can pull of a draft day trade and get something for Ngakoue. That being said a big tackle at 9 would be great, allow minshew to develop this year with a solid pass blocker like Andrew Thomas or take some pressure off of him by getting a mauler in the run game like Mekhi Becton to help clear holes for fournette. This is just my opinion though would love to hear what others think. DTWD!!

We tried that with mat jones it worked out pretty decent we started him at wr he was 6;6 but he played qb in college

Dude, it’s just you… Alone… In a room. What do you mean “joins us”?
I truly will never understand why teams hire people like this to do interviews and head their media team. Especially in today’s world, people want to see content from people that are authentic. This tacky weather report-style brand of communicating is not going to attract viewers, much less fans.
I know that probably sounds harsh, but it’s the truth. I’m only watching this for Charles. If the Jaguars were wise, they’d observe what the teams who have social media/YouTube success are doing and copy it, because this is never going to work.
We can not go all in with Minshew. I really like him but we went all in on Bortles and we see how that went. Take Love at #20. I’m telling you he is steal at 20. We really need weapons like WR and not wait for the 3rd round. Also needs a RB for when Fournette departs.

Bortles wasn’t great at the start and yes Minshew is much better at taking care of the ball and also we should get either Simmons if available or a tackle
