The run game made everything possible I disagree with the panel. The Commanders won due to the domination in time of possession. The running game also made it possible to pass more freely. The Eagles defense couldn’t just pin their ears back and sack the guts out of Heinicke. The run made the offensive attack balanced. The physicality also tired out the Eagles defenders it also scored some tds in a redzone. Did I mention it cured the 3rd down inefficiency problem? The defense was ferocious as always. St. Juste was superb he out played Slay.

C Truth

If Washington makes Heinicke the starter how much are they going to pay him? His contract is up this season. So if the team re-signs him, they will have to pay him the big money. How about 30 or 40 million like, Cousins and Prescott? The Commanders are a rich team in a big market. So they can cough up the big money which is the 2022/ 2023 market rate salary & compensation. The team is being sold so that is a wildcard what the new owner will do.

Watching the film, it seems to me we really need to be committed to running the football using AG, Curtis Samuel and B-Rob! This will open everything else up and possibly keep TH4 from throwing picks in critical moments of the game!

I wish they would stop talking about the Texans like a stepping stone game or one we should easily win. Nobody thought we could beat Philly, they are the better team, yet we did. Nobody thinks the Texans can beat us, we are the better team, yet they could. As a 500 team who is last in our division we need to take every game seriously.

    I know what your saying, but here’s the difference. The Eagles were on top the whole season. They were not ready, they were cocky, they needed someone to humble them and we did. We have not been on top, we’ve battled through a lot of adversity, we’ve been humbled already, and that’s the best way to stay humble when things get better.

Running the ball and keeping everything 3rd and short should have been this team identity from the last 2 years Scott Turner is the one that wanted to be fancy that’s why I didn’t like him as an offensive coordinator this last game was the best game that he’s ever called and he still need to stay committed to the Run and move his quarterback around is the perfect formula for our team

As far as the film study when you’re running 2 tight ends the defense has to play you even they cannot stack one side
