Samuel McMillin He threw a pick earlier that was dropped, so it evens out. I like Baker, but he really needs to keep his interceptions under control. Whenever he is asked to drive the offense without the run, he throws picks. That needs to change for the browns to make the playoffs
Because Baker is a poor QB and he is the one that has been holding your team back?

Dolphins HC had a worse roster then Hue’s 2016/2017 teams and still won 5 games last year. He’s a good guy but he can’t cut it as a HC.

FMA Bincarim ok they have an old inconsistent QB as their best player. Hue Jackson decided to skip out on Watson. He had 3 solid 1st round picks in 2018 and still went 0-16. A truly good coach finds a way to win. Hue could not find that way.
I bet before long he will surpass his Jackson in career wins too
I know its fashionable to give people a pass in certain circles if they have more melanin in their skin, but can I humbly point out a few things that have nothing to do with someones epidermis if I may?
For the entire tenure of Coach Jackson, please watch the press conferences if you don’t believe me. Everything was the team’s fault and his assistant coaches and WE need to get better never I need to get better, that is called narcissism. That is not a racial thing. Narcissism means that you can never see your own defects, so you can never correct them.
By all accounts, feel free to read them. Hue would hire coordinators, then tell them “You know where I’ll be” during practices, then in game day planning he would micro manage and they had to tell them what progress they had made and recover ground every weekend, they got blamed for failures and Hue took credit for the successes of which there where few.
He was always the first man in Jimmy Haslem’s office to put a spin on things. Sashi Brown (also a black man?) was thrown under the bus repeatedly because he did what he was told was the job, and he drafted who he was told to, the only time he balked was over giving up a high draft pick for AJ McCarron (who was out of the NFL after one more season) and he never really said no he just didn’t file the paperwork in time.
The new GM, Dorsey handed Hue the keys to a topnotch team. The best draft class in a generation and good role players, he had an OC to bounce ideas off of with a track record and a deep bench and a fire breathing DC to turn his defense around. He immediately began to steer this team towards the rocks, keeping promising rookies on the bench, fighting his OC and ignoring his DC’s complaints, running to Haslem complaining about his GM and OC over his head.
He finally gets exposed for the politician he has always been and gets fired.
Still getting paid by the Browns he runs over and gives Cleveland’s playbook to a team they will face two more times that season, the team and head coach he left originally after doing the talk show circuit telling people how he wasn’t given a fair shake implying racism. So we are not supposed to call him a political weasel because of his race? Are we holding him to a lower standard and how is that not racism?
BTW..Caldwell and Lovie Smith firings where both bullshit, Bowles was not as close as you think but Gase should have never gotten hired TWICE in the same division! So in that you have a point!

As a Browns fan, the Colts are legit, it was a coin flip game, really. If this game were in Indy, I doubt the Browns would have won, which shows both are equally good teams.

That Colts defense is legit. Browns looked like they had to work hard for those pass plays, and they couldn’t really get anywhere with the run game.

I’m gonna say this because it’s going widely overlooked. Kevin Stefanski is a great playcalling coach. People will talk about our run game etc and I get it . But our 3rd down efficiency this year has been great. And we get off to much faster starts . Now ….. Sendejo really needs to go .

KOOL1NKAMB true but it was also a missed picked where Xavier Rhodes just straight up dropped it . Baker is GOOD and he can get the ball to his receivers down field. he proved that to me this game. He just HAS to cut down on turnovers but he is a gunslinger so he might just be one of those qbs who throws a pick every game just cause he just has to throw more tds to even it out

Technically, the Browns are in third place with a 4-1 record. That’s how tough the AFC North is.
