He needs to be fired. He put all the blame on Trubisky and it is his fault he didn’t develop or use him correctly. He is unable to use Foles so far, hopefully they do better. Be we know the consistency is with the coach.
My biggest issue with Nagy is that he has no idea how time management works.

“As a Former quarterback yourself”, ……in the Arena league!!! He knows nothing about QB in the NFL. As his inability to train and grow Mitchell Trubisky into a good QB. Nagy is an overrated coach that inherited a great Defense. The only reason he has a winning record is bc of Vic’s D for his first year. This guy is in way over his head. Pace and Nagy need to go. Remember THAT D is the only reason we are in games at all the last 3 years. He benches Mitch, but no Leno??? GTFOH.
He has created a good atmosphere but wants to be too hands on it everything. He needs to give control of the offense to Lazor.

Jackson Keenan Lovie went 10-6 and got fired. Sometimes the record doesn’t matter, when the exact same problems persist and are never fixed, which is exactly what happened with Lovie, and it’s happening right now with Nagy. For 3 years now, he was brought in to run the offense and put points on the board. That is his job as the “play caller” which he refuses to give up doing. He’s got to figure it out quick fast and in a hurry.
Nagy you need to understand that the Bears aren’t the Chiefs, so that being said work with what you have and stop calling low football IQ plays.
Why not start mitch and pull him if he can’t succeed in the game
