COACH NAGY is a GOOD MAN and he deserves a SUPER BOWL TROPHY 🏆….please coach if you read this i ask you …yes your style got you coach of the year in 2018 but in order to continue on and win the super bowl …you must evolve… you need a different style …I’m not saying lose who you are… no …actually …who you are is the good foundation here …no …what I’m saying is keep doing things that other teams cannot predict….stay one step ahead of them ….keep them guessing all the time. ….so when you call a running play that dies in your backfield….most teams will think that its your tendency to call a pass play after that and never call that failed play again ….but I argue …don’t do that …don’t go to your tendencies….i would argue that if you call a running play that failed MISERABLEY then on the very next play CALL THE SAME EXACT RUNNING PLAY AGAIN…..and another thing ….you can call me old school but in my view…throwing to your running backs will always neutralize aggressive defenses so why not utilize Ryan Nall more in the passing game….Ryan Nall can be the next ROGER CRAIG…if used correctly….and the most important thing is quick snap of the ball ….teach your quarterbacks that if there’s a delay in communication then go to a pre determined safe plays so that the rhythm and quickness is not interrupted…..remember when the rams ran a play on us before our defense was set and scored a touchdown on it …well …that should be us ….get set and snap the ball before the defense lines up correctly…..we need to be a quick team …lets do more no huddle stuff ….but even with huddle…we should be the quickest team in the league and let’s incorporate more bill walsh quick short passes that defenders cannot stop …..use the short passing game as another form of the running game……we can win six in a row here coach if we shock the NFL with innovation and unpredictability ….we can do this….just get in coach…get in the playoffs and our last playoffs loss is going to make us more prepared this time….you’re a good man coach and good things will always happen to good people like you …God Willing 🙏
@That’s Life you sound like those undercover Russians who infiltrated social media to get Americans to fight one another …. .I’m not falling for the political trap here but what I will say is that in order to beat Aaron rogers you have to pressure him repeatedly and play his reacievers real tight …non of that zone defense crap because then he’ll pick you apart….plus the bears must play a clean game with no penalties.
when Aaron rogers loses its usually in a blowout….meaning don’t let him hang around because he’ll beat you in the end ….you must go all out and keep your foot on the gas pedal to beat an Aaron Rogers.

I really think mitch actually wants to improve and learn to be better QB than before.i Can see in his eyes when the team loses he feels that he let them down.
