He is a great guy, but is also stubborn and set in his ways, he rode Cam Newton all the way to a Superbowl appearance but he doesn’t have that luxury here. Great guys don’t always make great coaches. I wish they did, we are in trouble with Dallas improving and Philly having 3 number one picks.

Why did it take Delrio all the way into game 4 before he realized Cam Kurl needed to be on the field more than 40 percent of the snaps, why did it take until game 5 before he made Landon Collins move to more of a linebacker position? Why did it take a season ending injury to Bostic before he realized he is too old and slow to play in this league? In this league you need to adjust on the fly , the game had clearly passed Jack Del Rio and his old school ways. Also why would you have David Mayo taking more snaps than Jamin Davis in a game that meant nothing , the kid needs all the playing time in real games he can get.
