we have two supposedly defensive minded coaches. Del Rio and Ron Rivera should have a incredible defense setup.. but we have seen nothing but wide open receivers and teams running all over us…

Ron Rivera needs a voice in the organization that disagrees with him. Snyder is letting him run the show with Belichick like authority, only problem is that his style get stale in Carolina which is why he was fired, but Rivera brought over a lot of the same regime. The loyalty and nostalgia is a problem. Ron needs a voice that can disagree with him and help the team improve.

Yeah well get a new offensive coordinator and things will change big time. I don’t think Ron would get a new offensive coordinator but till then… this is what we get. Get a new defensive coordinator also.. Del Rio might of reached his pinnacle height for his coordination.
