@Chaddy-me-boy shoot you and me both but honestly I’m far pass the one n done non sense. I know the majority of fans eat those up but we need to do more in the off-season. With the cap space we have/ had I can’t wrap my mind around it. I get they never take the aggressive approach and things don’t change but that also affects our season. We’re not advancing! If anything this team looks like it’s declining. Our off-season looks beyond soft. I mean you look at everyone available and that’s the best they could come up with? I’m sorry but I know Mitch is not that guy and others will soon see it too. Most will still refuse to believe it outta ignorance by tossing all the blame on the line. While it’s true it’s also too easy to do! Point being, there’s NEVER accountability with this organization. Not by the fans, not at the QB and it damn sure ain’t on the coach. I guess the only thing that matters anymore is a regular season winning record.

@Eskeetit Litty You don’t understand why Mitch is currently QB1.

The stats say that a QB that comes in straight away after the draft as QB1 will struggle and this was the case with many QB’s including Manning in the past. You see it with Fields, Zack Wilson and even Lawrence at Jacksonville.

Pickett will eventually be the starter it’s just a question of when. If Tomlin made him QB1 without proving it to the rest of the team it’s hard to bring him back and that may impact him psychologically and creates thinking that Tomlin was just giving him the job without proper due diligence because he was a 1st round pick. If Kenny earns his start it also sets an example for others that you can’t just walk into a job. The lockeroom would also question Tomlin if he handled the QB situation badly.

I think the front office has learned that they need to concentrate on Oline in the next draft. This hodge podge and quick fix approach has exposed the team badly.

If they don’t fix it in the next draft then God help us. Lol
