@Isaiah Ayers exactly because if you can’t move the ball on our second and third string defense our stop our second and third string offense what you think our number one’s doing? Plus some teams played their number ones against our 2s/3s
They went 4-0 in 2006 (technically 4-1) and we all know what happened then…

Coach McDaniels knows how to handle the media. Very professional. Seems authentic also. Looks like we’ve finally made a great choice there.
I think he learned a lot from his first termite with Denver. You can see the maturity and growth as a person since his first go around as a HC.

The feeling is mutual. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning. Raiders look good, confident and poised. Just wait til first string is in the field
WE see the hot OC become a head coach every year but they are not ready . Mcdaniels is fully prepared for this job right know.
It still feels weird to root for Josh Mcdaniels. But with that said I’m rooting for Josh Mcdaniels, so far he has been awesome.
