There’s a clear and obvious difference between McDaniels disposition now after 2 straight overtime wins, as opposed to a few weeks ago… I’m truly glad to see it and even more glad to see how much this team loves and plays for each other and how exuberant they were in the locker room after the last couple of overtime wins. They clearly respect and have a lot of love for McDaniels… that’s a huge relief considering how the past lows seemed to have been so low. I want to see this team continue to improve and play complimentary football that results in Raiders wins!!!

Ok let’s not start getting ahead of ourselves with all the “we arrived” type talk! Chargers were picked to win the Superbowl by some and the division before the season a division rival which smoke us last game. DO WORK !! 24 hour rule is done now JUSTWINBABY!

McDaniels better run a lot against the chargers and let JJ and White do their thing. He has the tendency to over think things and might end up letting DC throw 35 plus times instead of using ball control and keeping Herbert off the field. The raiders can easily run for 250 on this charger defense

As a fan base we are very inpatient myself included. It takes time to meld and bring a team together.
