@jay foreal prior to the season he was ranked 57th overall player in the NFL. He was absolutely and still is a top 10 qb.

Yes what was a playoff team… could have easily been a playoff team this year… last season we one almost all of the close one score games… this year we pretty much lost them all

What a disappointing season. A lot of holes on this team no doubt, but the roster is better than last year – just feels like we make the playoffs if we had a different coach vs. missing out and regressing like we did
I’m old enough to remember when a Derek Carr-led Raiders offense came within a whisker of beating the Chiefs (just 3 months ago), at Arrowhead….but the dumbasslameass coach decides to go for 2, rather than tie the game. McDaniels’ sole mission appears to be to sabotage a team that was well on its way to being a true contender just last season.
I love how McDaniels says every team who defeats the Raiders is “well coached.” 11th time we hear it. The Raiders are poorly coached.
He shouldn’t even mention coaching. It’s not helping his cause

McDaniels takes the phrases “Spin Doctor” & “Bullshyter” to a whole new level. I’ve never seen a coach talk out of both sides of his mouth like this guy does. He makes it sound like he really knows what he’s doing and then you see the team on the field and it’s like * is this what he’s talking about*? And this whole notion of putting Stidham in to evaluate him in the last 2 weeks of the season against 2 teams that could easliy wind up playing eachother in the Superbowl, are you serious or am I just that stupid??? That’s the kind of insulting rhetoric that McDaniels puts out there for the untrained ear. If the Raiders experience any success under McDaniels it will be inspite of him not because of him. If McDaniels is the “x’s” and “o’s” guy everyone says he is then his scheme should travel and there should be no talk of Brady going to Vegas. But if only 1 QB in the league can run your scheme, then it’s not a very good scheme! I’m done. P.S. K.C., created a play just for the Raiders called the “snow globe” and McDaniels call’s them a well coached team(and here is the irony of the snow globe: The Raiders home games are in the desert, did anyone catch that?). If that wasn’t the ultimate slap in the face from probably the Raiders most bitter rival(I’ve been a fan since 67′), I don’t know what is but he compliments them. Ugh!!!!!! McDaniels has done in 1 year what it took the Raiders 20 to do since there last Superbowl appearance.
McDaniels is 18-31 as a head coach. How can we expect anything worth watching with this staff running the team?
At the beginning of the season I predicted a 8-9 season for the Raiders when most fans thought we were sb bound. My observation at that time was as follows:
1. New head coach with a bad record.
2. New DC. ? ?
3 under best of circumstance it would take atleast 6 games for the players to get a hang of the new system and perhaps a longer time to gel.
4. I strongly believed that Mark should have kept the coaching Staff the same. Mark Davis has no clue of football and keeps making changes. We’re forever in a rebuild mode as a result. The chemistry between the players and coaches is something special that money can’t buy. We had it last year and not this year. The fall guy was DC.
LASTLY Raider Nation why the heck do we keep watching and supporting this organization. What waste of time, money and health. The rich can afford to waste their money. Not you and me. Have a calm off-season.
At the beginning of the season, we have to remember McDaniels throwing a game that we can win with his weird tactics and putting all the blame for the outcome on Carr.
McDaniels has given credit to a loooootttt of coaches this year for their great work. Don’t see a whole lot of coaches talking about how great McDaniels is 🤔
