This team needs more discipline but is still a young team and Kliff is still adjusting to the NFL level. There are some people who are calling for Kliff to be demoted or fired and I absolutely disagree. I’m not making excuses for Kliff, but he needs to do what Sean McVay did this past offseason and hire an offensive coordinator. I still think Kliff is an offensive genius even though he needs to adapt and improve, but even offensive geniuses sometimes need to rely on their assistant coaches for input and perspective. But most importantly, Kliff needs instill discipline in this team and improve his playcalling and game plan, penalties and poor playcalling are costing us winnable games. We can’t always rely on Kyler and DHop to win games, it needs to be a team effort.
