The Dolphins GM has no confidence from me or a good part of the fan base that he is capable to skillfully draft players. Not one of the three players selected in the first round last year proved to play elite or in a consistently performance. Brian Flores has shown some questionable decisions on what personnel should be on the field. We are losing a great opportunity to create a dynasty with all the highly draft picks we have accumulated. By coaching the Senior bowl the Dolphin organization has no more excuses in determining which talented players to select in the next draft. I don’t have high aspirations because of the incompetence of the owner, GM and on the coaching staff. If this organization does what they should do and develop the players they selected then a 12-4 season is attainable but the big question is how the franchise QB plays which I have no confidence in.

ABTheDon I expect the three first round picks to play consistently and the worth of their 1st round pick which they are not but I blame the organization who past on better players
