When you are 1-8, does it matter if you have a gameplan?
Teams that are contending for post-season play need to concern themselves with a gameplan.
At this point of the season, the focus for the Texans should be on evaluate the personnel on this squad in preparation for next season.
The franchise should be in all-out scout mode in looking at potential draft choices and finding free agents that can help in the rebuild.
But who care about any gameplay there may be for playing the Titans???
