How can this man NOT be the head coach by seasons end? He’s so laid back and all about the players and not himself.
@Chad Anderson I can see him being replaced if they feel he’s the reason we don’t win the Super Bowl. Literally winning the SB is the only thing that will guarantee him back.
i like what i’ve seen from him so far. he seems like a guy who actually wants to be coaching the team rather than in it for the money. (not that gruden definitely was but you get my point) hopefully he can take us places because i would like to see him back.
I can see the staff falling apart. They will all want that egotistic praise of who is steering the ship. The niners fell apart with harbaugh n balkey. I hope olson n bradley n mayock can survive together

I like coach Richie B. The only thing that gives me hesitation for upcoming years is that they are still using Gruden’s system. How well will they do in the future scheming up their own plays?
Way I see it for today is this – win game despite distractions and this team will make the playoffs because of the toughness and mental fortitude demonstrated despite the drama. Lose today though, I believe they will go on a swoon to a 6-11 or something like that season. Yep a make-or-break game
