Man, I love this guy. No ego, looks like he’s really trying, doesn’t come across as though he thinks he knows everything, appears eager to answer questions. If he’s like this with the media, you gotta think he’s like this with the players and staff. Just courteous and respectful, but with a real sincere itch to win, and continually improve the team.
