The talking heads serving up that cool-aid! The Raiders need to hire a strong coach to keep the teams heads into football and block out the party town atmosphere that is Vegas.
@Jack Tate how? Knight’s organization does everything it can to stay competitive after building a team from scratch and Raiders can’t after years of rebuilding.

@Papa Tee You are correct and me and the wife checked out the new digs in Vegas before the season it is beautiful just like Vegas. It just sucks that the team has been bad which is allowing other teams fan bases to buy up the tickets. I just want the team to start winning especially because they are now in Vegas. 3- Super Bowls in 3 different cities would be pretty special.

@raidman75 Harbaugh is one a million. I’d take him too. Both those brothers are the only coaches that stood up for gruden and their resume speaks for itself… I’d love to have a younger guy like Sean mcvay. Someone that will stay with the team for the next decade and can create a culture for my generation of raiders.. I’m 23.. you know how many coaches and staff changes we’ve made in my lifetime 😭 ridiculous. Hate having to learn a brand new roster every year
@MrNatedunkin well im 64, seen it all. i honestly believe this teanm cannot win on a championship level with carr…he dies in the redzone. that in itself should tll any raider fan not married to carr that hes the problem… DC’S have no problem game planning for him..
@raidman75 nah I think we woulda made it farther in 2016 if he didn’t break his leg. The problem is new coaching and schemes every few years

Any coach that does not believe in winning is the ultimate goal has no place in the NFL. It’s a business and that may be the right thing to say in College or High School football but never in the NFL. The Raiders are a chicken with no head, talent but absolutely no leadership. Bisaccia may be a nice guy but cannot lead men in the NFL as a head coach.
This poor guy is lost. He clearly is not head coach material. He holds no one accountable, he looks scared.
Not sure about scared but ya he’s not the answer. Raiders basically fell apart from Antonio, Cooper, Ruggs, Gruden and untimely injuries. The thing is Tomlin etc would still have success based on roster but ya Raiders are a lost franchise with nothing to look forward to
Raiders gave the helm to the guy who doesnt know how to say no and got stuck with this mess. You can lay down a massive fart in a room and get Rich to take the blame. That guy is in the driver’s seat.
This team is an embarrassment. They can’t do nothing right. Mark Davis needs to be more like his father and start firing people to send a message. Starting with Mayock.
You can talk about the general manager you can talk about all the head coaches you can talk about the current quarterback and all the other quarterbacks but the bottom line is the one constant that has been since all this losing over 20 years has been the Davis family ownership

A football team should be playing their best football in December. We are playing our worst. Whatever the reasons fix it and get that win saturday by any means necessary if you want to keep playing meaningful games going forward. Must win!

I think we need to just take a step back for a minute and realize how much this season is just screwed. Not making excuses, just gotta take note of what has taken place. 3-2 with Gruden, 3-5 since the “resignation”. 5-2 with Ruggs, 1-5 since the arrest. 30+ points per game with Ruggs, under 20 without him. Both situations were MAJOR to us on the football field and off and I just think who we are seeing right now is who we are for the rest of this cursed season.
I think the Ruggs situation was the biggest deciding factor. Without him, safeties barely have to worry about any deep threat and all of our other receivers suffer greatly because they are now always covered. Raiders need a new deep threat to be competitive. Also, somehow the defense is pretty awful again. I’ve said it once, I’ll say it a thousand times. With even a middle of the road defense and the complete offense we started the season with, this team is a playoff team. Maybe not super bowl, but at least the playoffs. Everything was just completely against the Raiders this season.
Don’t forget our president and our financial executives got caught stealing and quit back in like may… we were doomed in the offseason
@sgtcoffman agreed. If somehow next year we are fortunate to land Davante Adams, get a good Right Tackle, and hire a young offensive minded coach, I think we are a GREAT team.

Coach, simple question we are 1-5 after being 5-2. What is going on in the locker room? Each week we hear, we had a great practice. When are we going to get great consistent games? Time to call out folks.

@TheJumpmanduecetrey We have had challenges, no doubt. But to see players hanging heads down on the sidelines, no one talking or making big efforts except Renfro. Raiders do not settle for the victim mentality. We are committed to excellence even in a loss.
There was no reason for them to Keep Derek Carr out there AT ALL in the 4th quarter! They refuse to play Mariota because Carr will throw a FIT because he KNOWS Mariota will outshine him! Period! Keep it 💯
That is exactly what the coaches are afraid of , and that shows you how stupid the coaching staff is!! They just don’t understand there’s nothing to fight for on this season already, they should do it before even looking at another quarterback, at least give Marcus a try. Do you have a play maker in Mariota so use that for a different situation, Carr ain’t doing crap. If you look at playing a different team every week, Why the hell aren’t you playing Mariota

I wonder who Carr and Deablo were talking about when it came to players not practicing or giving up early in games. I want to say it was someone on the O-Line. On that note, get Barber to start. We need a RB who has more than a 3ypc average.

I have a serious question for the coaches. It’s 35-3 at halftime, how much worse do you have to be beaten before you make a QB change? At least just for that game. I mean come on dude. Are we at the point that it’s better to keep Carr in there rather than sit him for 2 quarters in fear of risking his emotional distress for being benched?
I think part of it is pride, and if you’ve played sports, you probably understand that. None one EVER wants to sit, so you know they’re all fighting for it. Plus, you’ve gotta give your starters something to feel good about going into next week. Not just bench them at halftime of a blowout. Especially when Carr did nothing wrong.
I wanted KC to drop 60 on this team and I’m serious as a heart attack
i wanted them to shut us out… something DRASTIC has to happen to shake this franchise to the core..
This team needs to start playing four down football from here on out.. no excuses
