Crazy season. I’m glad coach B kept the team together enough to make some noise.
Getting to play spoiler to the chargers this year in an insane game is probably my favorite raiders memory since the early 2000s. Extremely grateful for the team this year

Great season. I feel like this game is another reminder that: A football team is only as good as it’s offensive line.

If this team was as good as its offensive line then we’d be 4-13.
Red zone offense was horrific again this year. In the end it killed us. Late in the second half, Josh was getting it going near the goal line then penalties put us in goal to go from the twenty…And we all know how we do in those situations 🤦🏻♂️
This team did a great job considering all the unfortunate happenings that took place. Made the playoffs without a true WR1 and a bunch of Rookies, 3rd string O-lineman!
I believe Richy B will be retained as HC of the Las Vegas Raiders

Get a new RT, RG, OC, get a star LB and a true #1 WR, then we’ll have a team that can compete next season. The Chargers and the Chiefs are getting better and better every year.
I love Coach B and everything he’s done. He deserves an interview BUT I want to know what his vision is for the next year and how he can position us to win the Superbowl next year
This whole season he was focused on the next game. If your one worry is his vision for the future, then you really don’t need to worry. Just watch the pressers with him. It’s all about shifting focus on the next game. Win or loss, he is able to move on.

Wow I love this guy… there’s no B.S. or excuses from him .. he is a solid stand up guy, I like how he handles his role and the team. Hope he gets the job
