I disagree. 1) You don’t know what he’s like in the locker room/behind the scenes & 2) You want a QB who’s not a hot-head or flies off the handle. 3) The man can’t be something he’s not; that’s just who he is. If you really want to see how bad the Raiders can be, just wait until they trade him, cut him or don’t re-sign him. Carr on the Colts is a Superbowl contender easily.

I need the Raiders to get Kenyan more involved. Homeboy was ballin out when Jacobs was hurt and now he’s backup again. I think Josh is a good runner, but Kenyan has more chemistry with the line at this point and is more dynamic.
