Lock is awsome for godsake cant u guys understand its his second year what the heck do u expect of him he is doing good I think next season we will make it to the playoffs with drew lock so quit giving me so much crap for suporting drew lock beacus I have faith in him and go trash talk to ur self

    r rod

People just need to be patient, remember Chargers were impatient w brees and let him go thinking his injury and good play wasn’t worth keeping and went with rivers. Rivers wasn’t a scrub but brees is a notch above rivers and would have won them a title. All I’m saying Is don’t be quick to judge drew lock just yet but I see the talent and not ready to give up on him just yet. Broncos country keep the faith we got the offense talent and Sutton comes back next season to dominate.

@AndyS303 You don’t understand. Lock is not the guy. He’s getting worse every game. You call that progress? What significant impact time is gonna make? No matter what, the actually game is so much more fast pace than in a practice. I don’t think practice and more time in the league is going to change the fact that he’s a backup at best. He gets time in the pocket, and stares down targets. Sure he can learn, but that’s gonna take way too long. If he hasn’t made any progress this season, and in fact, somehow has gotten worse, then he’s not going to show any starter worthy play for a few seasons. In the NFL now, you don’t wait 4 seasons to develop a qb.

Rypien can’t be worse than Lock. Start Rypien.

@Mr. Productions You don’t develop young QB’s? I gave Josh Allen as an example, he was a 1st rounder and didn’t deliver early on. His stats and decision making wasn’t worthy of the place he was picked. After 3 seasons, he is playing way better than his rookie year. Troy Aikman, Peyton Manning. Remember their rookie years? Now, you throw in the fact that Drew is on his 2nd OC and in only his 13th start with limited practices and time running those plays, it will impact his performance. The issue is also coaching. Shurmer’s play calling is subpar. Drew isn’t helping with his decision making but again, you don’t throw away draft assets, start a career back up, disrupt team chemistry and give up on the guy. That’s not how the NFL works. The hard fact is the Broncos are going to stick with Lock for the immediate future. Calling for Rypien won’t change that. It’s the cold hard facts of the matter.

@AndyS303 Quit comparing dancing drew to Josh Allen. He’s a second rounder, and now we expect him to be an elite qb? He lacks the necessary traits in becoming a good qb. Starting Drew is only gonna make things worse. He’s gotten worse than last year, and has more ints than tds this season. Future qb? I think not

    AndyS303

@Mr. Productions My point was you’d also have to call to bench Josh Allen by those standards. Drew Lock was projected to be a first rounder, he is 1st round talent but slipped. And the gap between 1st and 2nd round talent is minimal at best. I’m not a Lock apologist by any means. I think he’s got some good traits (great arm, athleticism) and bad (stares down WR’s, throws off the back foot). But if you are objective and not emotional, you would know that he isn’t getting benched anytime soon. The Broncos are going to stick with him. Check out the link belwo for a reasonable critique of Drew.
