@Charles Razo Disagree. Bill Callahan is 99% responsible for losing that Super Bowl. Look it up. Going up to the game the team planned a more balanced running attack, as the Raiders OL outweighed the Tampa DL by a couple hundred pounds. Everyone was on board, including Brown and Rice, and the Raiders had 1 very good RB (Garner) another good wide runner (Wheatley), Crocket and Richie. Plus, the Buccaneers had the best pass defense in the NFL. They were lights out against the pass. 48 hours before kickoff, Callahan threw out that plan, and decided on a pass heavy plan. Everyone was confused. It tipped Robbins over the edge even. Making it worse, they ran the same plays Gruden drew up, and used the same audibles when he was their coach. Callahan was a total idiot, worst coached game in NFL history. His decisions were so bad, Brown, Richie and a few others suspected Callahan sabotoged the game because he hated Al Davis, and was friends with Gruden. I don’t know if I buy that, but he was the single biggest cause of them losing, not Gannon, not Rice, not Wheatly (who had ZERO carries, btw).
