They did a better job on some interviews by turning up the gain on their one mic for the questions and dialing it down for the answers. I thought they were getting a handle on it, but nope. All the millions spent on this enterprise, and they can’t put together a decent presser?

For years, dating back to Bob Sutton, KC made their best guys eat double teams and tried to gain advantage with other guys. Bringing Gay on the blitz to eat up a guard is something I like seeing. They could also bring some blitzes from outside, to set up the defensive ends with favorable matchups, once in a while.
I think the KC D-Line is underrated for the work they do keeping dangerous QBs contained with only 4 guys. Look for plays where Clark is taking an outside line to the QB, and the QB tries to escape inside. There’s Frank, just waiting for him in the B gap. The discipline, change-of-direction, and burst that takes is phenomenal, but we take it for granted, and complain about sack totals. Meanwhile, Spags has 7 guys who can do other things, instead of worrying about containing a Lamar Jackson on the loose.
I think by the end of the season we will have a top 10 d. Most of our guys are new, just wait until they grow and get more experience. It’s going to be amazing to watch
Could be cause I often listen in my car or on Bluetooth speakers, but I never have issues with audio like many are saying.

Thank goodness for those grinding, humid, hot, training camp dog days….our players are consistently better conditioned athletes than many of our opponents. The importance of that type of training, stands out front and center in the 4th quarters of tight grinding games like last nights.
They fed CJ a Big Mac at halftime thats why he played so well in the 2nd half.
